— Our Process —
From Call to Launch
in 8 Weeks
A transparent, fixed-price process with weekly progress you can actually see.
Discovery Call
30 minutesWe start with a free 30-minute call to map your existing workflow, identify pain points, and understand your business goals. No sales pitch — just listening.
Scope & Design
1 weekWe wireframe your platform and present a detailed scope document — every feature, every screen, a fixed price, and a fixed timeline. You approve before any code is written.
Build
4–6 weeksAgile development sprints with weekly demos. You see real, working software every week — not a big reveal at the end. Feedback is incorporated continuously.
Deploy & Launch
1 weekWe launch on your domain with your branding, train your team with a hands-on walkthrough, and handle any data migration from your existing tools.
Ongoing Support
OngoingHosting, security updates, and dedicated support are included. You have a direct line to your build team — not a helpdesk ticket queue.

Common Questions
How long does a typical build take?
Most projects go from discovery call to go-live in 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. We give you a firm timeline at the proposal stage and stick to it.
What does it cost?
Every project is scoped and priced individually. After the discovery call we produce a fixed-price proposal — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.
Do I own the software?
SONAN DIGITAL retains full intellectual property ownership of all software, source code, and platform architecture we develop. Clients are granted a non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of their active service agreement. You own your business data in full — it can be exported at any time upon request. Access to the platform is contingent on a current service agreement; if the engagement is terminated or payments lapse, platform access will be suspended in accordance with the terms of your agreement.
Can you integrate with tools I already use?
Yes. We commonly integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, Twilio, and others. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
What happens after launch?
We include hosting, security patches, and support in every engagement. If you want new features added, we scope and price them just like the original build.
